four pillars

People refer themselves to Pillar because they are experiencing practical, social or emotional difficulties which are having a negative impact on their mental health and well-being.  The foundation of our service is empathy and compassion and we use a recovery focused approach to help people work out what is important to them as they set goals that will improve their ability to positively manage their mental health and wellbeing.  Putting people at the centre, support will be either time limited or flexible dependant on individual need and this will be discussed with individuals as part of their personal support and action planning.
